I did a search and roughly found what I was looking for, but I need a wiring diagram if anyone has one. I am re-wiring my fog lights so that can be on by themselves without the head lights, but I need a wiring diagram for them so I know which wire is which.

Thanks.

This is a popular write-up

It will depend upon where you plan to source power as to what wiring diagram someone would provide. IIRC the cigar lighter is hot at all times. If so, that could be a donor.

Good luck.

go under the console next to the fog light switch and pick the power off the convertable top plug that is under there, it has a 12v ingition hot wire. I can't remember the color of it though. Just put a meter on it. This way the fogs will go off with the key and not kill your battery.

Thanks, I think I will just use the cigar lighter as my power source.

it will be a lot easier the do the mod in the console. both harnesses are right there. And the vert harness is powered by the ignition. meaning you don't have to remember to turn it off by the sw. when you get out.

ya, i used the convertible top harness too. its right beside the fog switch. super easy mod. and like Desertcox05 said above, you dont have to worry about turning it off when you leave your car

Well it's a coupe, not a vert. Should have mentioned that.
