Wait... wtf? Were you issued a warning for when you said he needed to be checked? You cannot voice your opinion of an individual now?

Seriously? Is someone scared?

No, we get issued warnings when we start calling out moderators in open forum. Take it to Pm's if you've got a problem with someone. The forums aren't the place to be playing these games.

I can appreciate that, but only to an extent. It seems to me that in a magazine article application, where people are specifically paying money to be educated, that there should be full transparency. It's similar, though maybe to a lesser extent, to buying a $200 textbook about human anatomy, but the chapter on the brain is omitted because the author wants to protect competitive information belonging to an investor. I have mixed feelings about cam guys who keep their grinds for a 40 year old engine secret (though I know Ed's stuff is legit), but regardless, it seems to me a cam in a mag article should one that the specs can be public information.

What's the difference whether it's a Pinto Mustang or a Fairmont Mustang. The truth is, without the Mustang Deuce, there would not have been a Fox Mustang.

Yeah,...because they (Ford) wouldn't have had to go so far as to completely erase an entire 15 year legacy of body style recognition in the Fox body if they hadn't f cked up so bad w/ that sorry assed mustang II.

The Goober that brought that turd to the drawing board has obviously died of AIDS.

So your next project won't be a II?

C'Mon....really?

I read Lee Iacoca's book and he talks about how the early seventies Mustang had become too big and bloated in size, the American consumer was resisting the new styling cues. Couple that with the gas crisis and Ford had to make the Mustang 2 smaller and more "Euro" looking to sell cars...that's what the are in business for. I detest the look of them and am glad the Fox Platform came about, but they have there place in Mustang history. Really any model of any brand owes something to the previous...

I love my 89 GT, I have owned 2 new edge cars and 3 other Foxes...I'll always have a thing for a clean Fox.
