FS/FT in CT: 08 Subaru STI with 8600 miles

I'm the second owner of this grey 2008 STi. This is an amazing freaking car - I just think my car payment could be better directed towards the mortgage that my tenants aren't paying. 8600 miles, and pretty much stock except the following:

ECU Reflash Recall (Service Program WVE 15, ECM Reprogramming) was performed on 8/12/08 by a Subaru dealer.
8/8/09 – 4428 miles – Removed “SUBARU” badging from hatch; disconnected DRLs
8/14/09 – Seat mod (08'/09' STi "seat mod" write up w/pics...for your bolstering needs - IWSTI.com: Subaru WRX STI Forums), 46xx miles
8/19/09 – Tinted windows, 20% tint, 5543 miles
8/23/09 – 09 Forester Hitch and 08 STi foglights, 5670 miles
8/28/09 – Hoen XenonMatch 9006 fog light bulbs, 5800 miles
9/1/09 – Independent foglight mod, 5882 miles
9/8/09 – Removed air intake silencer
9/27/09 – Tanabe Sustec strut tower brace, $115, 7051 miles
10/3/09 – Kartboy short shifter and front and rear shifter bushings, 7,572 miles

NADA Clean retail is $29,225, not considering the $1500 of mods. I'll consider any trades (except bugeyes, sorry guys!) plus cash; or would take $30,000.
