I recently installed a TFS Street Upper/Lower, and while I was doing the swap put a BBK adj regulator on just to do it. I also cleaned all the injectors and replaced all the o-rings. I am having trouble adjusting it. It says to cap the vac line, and set the pressure. Prior to the swap you could turn the key on and the pressure would stay at a constant 38psi. Now it goes up then just bleeds off. I have a liquid gauge installed on the schrader valve. I don't smell any gas, it just leaks down. ????

Aftermarket AFPR's will very often bleed pressure off quite quickly. This really isn't a bad thing - no need to keep the lines pressurized. Once you let it prime it's good to go anyhow.

Good luck.

How far have you driven it?
I've noticed this same thing after I swap injectors, or have to pull the lines loose. If you haven't driven it far, you could still have air trapped in the lines. Not as common with return style fuel rails, but extremely common on returnless.

How many schraders does yours have, I bleed mine at the schrader by the FPR, and have my gauge on the lower schrader.

But my setup may differ from yours, slightly.
