My car 87 stang. When I shut my car off my fuel pressure drops. When is sits for a few hours it dropsdown very low. As soon as I turn the ignition on the pressure comes back up and the car starts fine. Is the fuel pressure supposed to drop a lot or what. If its not supposed to can someone help me to figure out the issue. Fuel pump or what.:SNSign:

Pressure will fall off slowly, some aftermarket pumps and regulators will affect the rate, but the pressure will fall stock or not.

Agreed. You don't need to have the fuel lines pressurized for no reason (when the car is off for hours).
