Can anyone tell me the exact location of the FPR? I checked it out in the Haynes/Chilton manual but it did not help any (novice).

Its right behind the neck of the upper intake, on the fuel rail.

The last time I've had my hood open on the car has been about 4 months or so, but I believe it is on the back of the passenger side fuel rail by number 8 cylinder.

It's right behind the upper intake manifold to the left little. It connects to the fuel rail. I attacked a picture. In one picture is it the stock FPR and in the other is the Aeromotive one. It is the reddish color thing.

There it is circled in red. You can see the stainless Kirban shine.

Oh I see...thanks guys. Some of the pictures in the manuals are way too close for me to tell, but your pics and detailed wording puts it into perspective.

ok, i got a cobra intake the other day and the guy i bought it from sent me a fuel rail and he said it had a crane fuel pressure regulator on it. but there isnt a vacuum fitting on it like you see on the bbk and kirban ones. it just has a screw coming out of the top. is that adjustable, if so where does the vacuum line go. thanks

It is a Ford racing unit and I got it from Summit about 3 years ago. The Summit part number is: "FMS-M20201-A51" and it lists for $109.95.

Here is the link http://store.summitracing.com/defau...&searchtype=both&part=FMS-M20201-A51&x=17&y=8

A factory style rail mount FPR should have a port on it somewhere so you can slide on the vacuum hose. He may have one of those that installs inline, which doesn't use a vacuum source. I have never messed with those though so I cant help you, sorry.
