Car reads 0 fuel Pressure. When you turn ignition on you hear the pump kick on and it still doesn’t have pressure but when you start cranking it it will build to 18. Rebuilt the fuel pressure Regulator and it didn’t help. Has a walbro 190lph fuel pump not sure how old.
