Will "Not enough fuel" to a motor increase the chance of the block cracking or just effect how the car runs????

That depends on a lot of things. How much is not enough? What is the combo? You can crack a block with one detonation on a supercharged car. On the other hand, my stock motor with a beat fuel pump was pushing out a whole 20-25psi of fuel pressure and never had a problem, even giving it a beating. When I took it out, it still ran fine.

you need atleast a 190 or 255 and some 36's. I run a 255 and 30's on a stock longblock motor at 8 psi.

You need more fuel than that. I have a 255lph and 30's on my N/A 331. After spending all that money, I would strongly suggest upgrading the fuel system.
