Electrical Fuse link or relay?

hi I have this fuse or relay not sure I can’t find anything related but do I need this and if I do where does it connect it’s close to the battery just sitting there the car runs( idk if it’s related but the fuel and oil gauge don’t work) my car is a 1990 hatchback 5.0

Looks like the circuit breaker that’s normally attached to the starter relay, but tough to see in the pic exactly where it’s located.

It’s in the cables of the relay I’ll try to get a pic of where it was

Looks like the breaker for the locks and power windows, should be on the positive side of the starter solenoid

Okay thanks is it really necessary because my windows work fine locks don’t because I don’t have the actuadors but I’ll connect it anyway
