I know its a little late for this now and you've probly learned this from this experience, when dissassmbling alot of stuff take pics of everything and lable everything with a piece of tape.

As for the plugs the first one(orange around it) Maybe the one that plugs into the A/C compressor?

The other one idk.

The first one does look like the AC compressor. The second one, I can't figure out. If it wasn't 45° and windy plus the fact that I already showered today, I'd go lay under the car and start unplugging things until I figured it out. Does it throw any codes that would lead you to believe a sensor is unplugged?

I have no way to check codes, but with the problem that i'm having with the electrical system, I just need to check everything.

Oh, and labeling things is overrated. I've done two engine swaps that nothing got labeled. Mine with the 5.0, and a friend's with a 4.6. As long as you can lay the harness where it's supposed to go, there's no problem. Vacuum lines are a PITA if you don't label them, but there's always the multiple diagrams on here and a Google search that tell ya how it goes.

I am not too sure about the first one, but the second connection really looks like the plug for the windshield washer motor. The reservoir is right there by the horn.
