For the water temp I just tapped a hole in the water neck and put the stock sender there and the aftermarket on in the stock location. Oil press was a little more difficult for me. It can be very easy if you dont want the stock gauge. But I wanted it to stay operational. I had to make a little tree from brass fittings and put it into the block and put the stock and aftermarket sender in it.

vp6799, I like those if the car was just a track car. However IMO opinion they are a bit much for the 1-2 day a week driver. Everyone's posts are much appreciated.

going to be replacing the a-pillar phantom guages with lunars' over the winter to match the rest of them.

and about the mach460...not all Mach460 cars had a CD player, some just had the tape deck head unit and that was it. my red mustang was like that. I ended up putting a 12 disk changer in the back and mounted the display for that in that area.

How did you get the backlighting blue like that on the phantom gauges, is it just a LED?

Yeah, I just used a blue LED with the wedge socket. You can probably buy them cheaper elsewhere, but I went with the Autometer branded ones.

all you got to do is pull the defrost switch out (i didnt need mine cause my replacement rear window was without defrost) then widen the hole where the defrost button was slap some epoxy on the inside of the bezel and voila, kickass wideband mounting location!!

Prokiller, I agree with 562 - your interior looks great.

If you had the porno red interior with that lighting........... Boom chucka lucka boom.

I've actually meant to add something like that - it's too dark around the radio cubby hole at night for me.

I'm absolutly going with cluster bezel gauge pod. If I put in more gauges after the two are filled I will most likely go with a pillar pod or I am getting to like the clock pods. Thanks again for all of your help in my decision making process.
