are you looking to re-use the rubber? and are you putting glass back in?
The easiest way I know of is to take a piece of wire about 2 feet long, and push it through from the inside out, tape off the ends, and with someone on the outside, saw around the window frame all the way around...after you remove the trim, of course.

I'm not reusing the seal and i wont be reinstalling a window in it. The reason i'm taking them out is to sell them, i'm parting it out. peacenwapache said:are you looking to re-use the rubber? and are you putting glass back in?
