well while I dont respect the cars at all I have seen some that run mid 12's. takes alot of work but they are capable of it.

He didn't "win" it was more like "Huh he's keeping up" and I let off and let him pass me.

Still. It was rather interesting. Guess its time to mod.

BTW This was from a roll and he was on my arse like you wouldn't believe so I decided to floor it against better judgment.

I sure hope u have a v-6 then! I wouldnt post it otherwise....If I lost to a cobalt, I would not tell anyone and would start modding the hell out of my car!

They can run high 13s stock. Same as the Saturn Ion Redline.

the cobalt ss is pretty fast.. I would not be shocked to see some stock to stockish 99+ cars loose to one.

They are possibly faster than the 2V GTs, though most of the drivers have issues launching them. I've seen a bone stock one put down 220whp on the dyno. That's more than what my auto stang made when stock, plus they're lighter.

yeah i think theyre pretty fast....i ran a 06 IS350 the other day from a roll....lets just say i was looking at the car thru the mirror....not far though.....those things are pretty fast....

my good friend with a 2003 wrx with est. 320 crank hp wasnt too much of a problem.. nothing but him in my mirrors haha. I love mustangs.
