I ran the scanner today and I got a code 998. Can someone shed some light please. I think I am going to get rid of all the stuff I have on the car, because its a high priced hobby that I just cant keep up with. Even though I love it. Sorry guys had to vent a little

man how can you give up so soon? You just put some major parts on, there is bound to be a few bugs to be worked out. Stick with it

I think I may have connected the TPS wrong since I did the fox TB swap. Im trying to find someone that knows the wire connections. The other code I got was 122 which is TPS voltage too low.

Yellow- I know I cant give up yet. It just feels like soo much work for nada. Maybe I just need a day off. Ive been at it for the past 2 weeks straight.

Yes...Mods can suck....

Anyway...shoot an update when you get it squared away...I'm about to travel down the same road....A Fox TB conversion...Heading to the boneyard to find that plug...Sounds like your on the right track..

Damn...Someone just posted that wire info last week for the Fox TPS switch...I remember reading it...

I cant believe you have done ALL THAT $hit to your car, including the Vortech, and all you POST is a code problem??

What about all the stuff you put on.. Tell us about it. If youre REALLY that gung ho and getting rid of the stuff, just sell the Vortech and go with a GOOD N/A combo of H/C/I, like Killer. Your car already looks So you just need to get her to 300HP to have a nice package. Polish up the engine and youre all set. But for now, hold on.
I had my stuff installed in March, and IM STILL dealing with the issues you know about. Im hoping tomorrow we'll get some of this resolved. Just hang tight..You JUSt got this stuff on. Give us a couple of weeks to tune it up.

Fixed my problem guys. My TPS was connected wrong, and it low in voltage. All I did was reconnected it the right way, and adjust the TPS and that was it.
