Nice bike!! I like the 600's but they are smaller in size than the 1000, and im a big guy so I was a little uncomfortable on the 600 and 750.. The only other thing I dislike about the 600's and 750's is the small exhaust can.. I do like the projector headlight on the 600 that the 1000's dont offer.. Anyhow, sweet bike!

thanks man, i love urs too, my buddy has a 600 same color scheme or very similar. Its my first real bike so a 1000 was outa the question...im a big guy too 6' 205lbs so im a lil crunched...but i just gotta adjust the pegs or w/e u call them....not much is out for my exhaust yet too which blows...not as much as a pipe costin 600$ tho

Im 6'4" 265lbs so the smaller bikes were out of the question.. Im still in the break in period but even under 6k rpms the bike is scary fast..

What the insurence on a Gixxer? Before I bought my Ducati, I looked into them and they wanted like 2400 for full insurence!

It was over 4k a year for the 1000.. I have liability as I have a safe place to park it at all times, a full security system, wont be riding it much, so I figured id just get liability and im paying 135 a year for it..

Thats what I have on my Ducati, just liability. Just for ****s, I got a quote for a 1000 for me, they wanted 4600 lol. My bike is an 800 just enough to make me happy.
