I'm minding my own business crusing down 170th at 1am checkin some tunes and with the speedo pointing to the 35 mark...its analog so one more one less same 5hit in there and this pig jumps on me like I killed someone!!! "Huh ohh 35 in beaverton means 35, you were speeding!" I was like "is this guy for real?" Maaaaan then they wounder why people dont like cops!
Anyways he was called for something big at the time he was checking my papers and came back running with the stuff and told me he had to go and that I was lucky. He took off awlin azz and runnin code.

It was a crazy night last night. As I was driving up Cedar Hills, I saw maybe 5 cops at the gas station "talking" with someone. And a half mile up the road was a *big* pile of glass across both northbound lanes, didn't see it in time to avoid it -- glad it was safety glass! And then I was on Cornell trying to find my way to the freeway (forgot that the Cedar Hills entrance to Hwy 26 is closed), just before the intersection with Murray some asshat in a Subaru wagon came the other way in the wrong lane veering all over the place, so I had to take evasive action to avoid him. And when I turned left onto Murray there was another huge ass pile of glass in both lanes, this time it was not safety glass, it was regular glass -- I slowed down and went way the hell around it, and got a good look at the convenience store next to the mess -- the main window was totally gone, just a big pile of glass and such, and the parking lot was covered in crap. So I'm not too sure what the hell happened. No cops, and I thought about tipping them off that something was not quite right, but there were a fair number of other people in the area so I figured they were probably on their way already.

So I'm glad I made it home with all four tires still holding air! Seems like some asshat deity was out to screw with my new car...

It was great at starbucks itself, minus a couple of focus-loads of chicks (& their high school boyfriends) who felt the need to use their horn to taunt us small-penis Mustang owners.

I just have to remember to go directly to 217 to get home, instead of going through Beaverton. Would have been easier that way. But I wanted to test my luck by boosting right in front of the police station instead... <dumbass maneuver, to be sure, but I didn't see any cops...>

The past 6 months, the streets around here have been over loaded with cops! It seems like they must have hired like 200% more staff or something!

Was out listening to some country going 60 in a 65(right lane) just relaxing and went by a cop in the median. Knew he was there as the radar detector was popping off. He must have been bored as he followed me for a couple of miles and then came up right beside me with the radar on just to was the detector go nuts. Stayed there until I pulled the power plug. Then went after someone coming our way with a burned out headlight.

Street Racing was featured on the local news lately and some people in the Mustang club got some free press by calling up the reporter and offering to give him a ride. He accepted and it made the news. Basically, they were trying to get the message across that we need a dragstrip close by to get rid of street racing.

Ever since, the cops have been more aware of me as I cruise by in the stang.

Whoa!! You got an 03?? Sweet!!

Thought you were getting the '05?

--

I understand you weren't in a 'stang but I get pulled over often for my 'brake lights being out'. The inner lights don't illuminate when you press the brake and it's just a BS reason to pull me over and run a check on it.

It doesn't help when you have illegal tint and loud 'mufflers' either.

I decided to hold off until 2007 and see what the new Cobra brings. In the meantime I wanted more horsepower .
