i was wondering where i could get some spacers for my bck tires. i was hoping to get atleast an inch. my buddie had a 2002 gt and he had spacers on it and it looked so sick from behind. im lookin at tires as well (probly 275 but if spacers allow me to go bigger that would be nice.) and another question is i have longtubes x pipe bassani mufflers x303 cam msd ignition and coil and i have 373 gears i did a a/c delete a smog delete and a bbk intake and i was wondering if i could get it tuned and it would make a difference and how much will it cost for the tune?

Skip the tune, you'll be fine w/ out it. Why do you need spacers? Do you have the wrong back spaced wheel on the car or something?

2002's have HUGE rear fenders.

Adding 1" spacers to a 5.0 really all depends on what wheels you are using. Chances are, your wheels will stick WAY out.

You can put 275 to 295's back there on a 17x9 to 17x10.5" rim...but not with spacers. If anything you don't want spacers.

well my buddie did it for looks and it looked sick. from the back it looked stocky. but yea i got stock rims on there and i have 245 and its in like a half inch. so yea idk i guess that could be stupid. anyway yea i figured the tune was pointless, and what could the widest tire be for the stock ponys? or if you have a good idea onwhat kind of setup i should get like tire wise for the track.

You can run as big of a tire as you want in the back on ponies, but from what i've seen you won't want to really go more than the 245s.
If you're looking for good tires for the track you could run some fairly narrow radials but I'd recommend new wheels, ponies are heavy as hell anyways

You can squeeze a 255 on a pony rim..but that's about as big as i'd go on a 7" rim.

If you really want to go 275 or wider...look into 17x10" Pony R's...you can prob get 315's on them and really fill out the back of your car.

I have 255/50/16 on my rear pony's and they look good. I dont think bigger than that on a 7 inch rim would be a good idea.
