Well, actually, from the NYC area, but I always did like that line!

I've been driving a 1997 Mustang since the turn of the century (the same one): bought her "new" with 65K on the clock, and she's run like a dream ever since, & I've put almost 150K of my own on her. I do, however, curse the man at Ford who designed those damned plastic intake manifolds. Gone through two of them, one of the original style, and another woth the aluminum "fix."

Got performance parts, but a minimum: MAF, KB subframes, FRPP driveshaft, staggered 17x9/17x10.5 FR500-style wheels (but with real FRPP caps, of course!); a stainless exhaust that wakes up the neighbors & hasn't rotted in a dozen years, some sort of performance tune, a cobra radiator, K&M kit, B&M short-shift, and a Steeda clutch kit.

Anyway, glad to be here & see what others are doing. I'm also kinda house-bound with a med condition, so I tend to be online quite a bit.
