Does anyone have one of those cheap ebay grounding kits on there mustang??? People say they seem to really help with idle and just running better in general. I figure for like $20 why not? But what do you guys think???

I'm with Urban. The kits were really big with the import guys a couple years back and some of the stuff I read was questionable (I think power and power ground cables on cars these days are minimal anyhow).

I did as Urban did and just added an additional 4 AWG motor ground to augment any deficiencies that my stock stuff might have had.

Good luck.

About $5 in welding cable, solder, and terminals and you have a nice ground. FWIW, I think I might have $20 invested in the aforementioned pieces to re-wire my entire charging system, so paying that much just for a ground seems like a waste to me.

It solved all of my hard starting problems, so I definitely think it's a worthy investment. Corrosion inside the wires caused tons of resistance in my case, so I went ahead and replaced them all when I had my engine out. That, and I relocated my battery to the trunk, too.
