I am curious about how much a GT 500 body kit is and where one can be had? Any ideas?

get it from your dealer. they are expensive if you use the entire kit. the hood is rediculous if you ned the scoops too.

Don't want the hood. I just want the Frong bumper, side skirts and rear bumper cover. Does a stock GT hood work on the kit? The thing is a want a body kit on the car, but for instance: I don't like the roush kit because the front bumper sticks out WAY to far IMHO. Also I don't like the center exhaust on the saleen kit. Some of the other kits out there just don't look like they'd fit well, and I think a all black GT with a GT 500 kit on, with no symbols, would look awesome.

if you have black car, skip the side skirts, it will look the same without them. the GT500 skirts are basically like the V-6 skirts, they are a black plastic material...and yes, the GT hood will work with the GT-500 bumper. look a the post in talk, Pics of your ride, next to the last page, someone has already pulled this off, twice and it looks damn good. but they didn't use the rear bumper cover...good luck

yup, it looks really clean, now he posted pics of his Mom's car, yellow v-6 with the same front end, and 20" chrome wheels. makes a v-6 look really really sharp...
