gt 500 shock/strut question?

Ive got an opportunity to be getting some used but new gt500 shocks and struts..are they any different or better than the ones used by the gt or the v6? what about the springs or are they the same as the reg stock ones?

I would not consider installing them, they are tuned for a heavier vehicle and a lot more front end weight from that 5.4L iron block. I'l shop around for a good deal on a suspension that's proper for your vehicle.
