So far, so good. I got served Turkey dinner by an 03 (my CO), an E7, an E6, an 02 (1lt) and an E8 (1sg). I ate with my section (all 5 people), and had a toast of Crown with my two S&R battles.
Then I went down to the shopping district and my friends picked up bb guns (spring) and we dorked around with those for a while
Bumming around till it's time to start cooking. Made some pies last night and starving this morning to pig out later. Enjoy your Thanksgiving everyone.
Greetings and Happy Turkey to all! Entering in from beautiful Tucson; spent the day with Mrs StangDreamin's Mom and brother; will be going from here to queen Valley, AZ to visit my oldest brother and his family. Seems weird only having two kids with us - our first "big" holiday with 1/2 NoKittn and the Couch Lump himself not around.
Justin: in case you haven't talked to Trish (and why not?), she drove over to Victoria, TX to spend Thanksgiving with Kathy and Royce Beemer. Talked to her about 1300 AZ time today, she was out in the front yard with the cattle. Sounds like a cool place; I'm gonna have to visit Texas sometime. Seems fitting she shared Turkey Day with Kathy, since I'm gonna spend most of next week with Randy (her Dad) at NFR next week!
That's it for now, gonna sign off before my mother-in-law's Windows Me computer gives me another (like the 5th or 6th) "Blue Screen of Death"
A belated BIG BLUE FUZZY TURKEY DAY to all! Sorry this is two days late, but I was out of town (upstate in western NY) at my lil' sister's house and just got back!
And a happy belated turkey day from me too. I've been a bit busy the last couple days, but you'll have to wait until tomorrow to hear about what I've been doing.
