I'm trying t decide which headers to put on my 5.0, Long or short? Have any recomendations please let me know.

I would reccomend long tubes if you don't have to deal with emissions. They'll produce more power and IMO sound better.

whats it matter if you have LT's or not for emissions. ive know a bunch of people that have passed with them on and i plan on passing next year when it comes around for me.

It's possible to pass with long tubes, it's just harder. As long as you have a good catalytic mid pipe on there you should be fine.

I dont believe long tubes are legal for road use.

I see you are in Arlington. I'm in Euless.

As you know, for emissions we have to pass roller test & visual inspection.

The place that has inspected my car for years and just recently passed me with the combo in the sig, told me that since all emissions equip was intact and I passed the roller test that they could look the other way when it came to the lt's.

I would go with lt's cause they give a good bit more torque at the lower end which is really kewl on the street.
