Well, results were in....but as expected I couldnt hook too good. Best run was a 13.307 @ 104.14MPH W/ a 2.01 60ft. with sticky tires the car will run 12s, no doubt. Um here is my MD meber page CLICKY , this will give the full details of the run, and look at the corrected for sea lv ET/trap ....the freegin D.A was 1925ft that day.
Ok, did the headlight thing on the 3rd or 4th run. former 2 runs I was trapping 103.05 EXACTLY, pull the headlight and backed it up with ANOTHER 103.05 trap . Didnt do anything...but i just left it out. Let the car cool down for 45mins and then clicked off the 13.30 pass. HOT run best was a 13.42 @ 103.05 W/ 1.95 60ft.
My very first run was a crappy 13.71 @ 101.8 (have a vid....mad tyte shifting skillz ) , my next run was simular. I was getting nervous becauese I was only gaining 1 MPH with ALL this extra power . So, i upped my shift points to the same 6K in 1st, but 6kish 2nd, 6K 3rd, and cross the line in 4th. I varied around there and my trap went up to 102 the next, upped it a little more in 3rd to close to 6200 and trap hit 103. Anyways t was fun, especially seeing my ETs go down from 13.7 to 13.4s just by shifting higher....I was short shifting 3rd-4th at 5500ish when the trap was @101....that was the main problem. So i guess Adrenln wins...congrats, good guessing. I already respected you, so you dont get anything.
