...AND that one 12" sub ROCKS the car, deeper base than two 10's and the gain on the amp is only at 30% and it's way PLENTY!!!

Amp "D" class 350 watts peak = 200 rms watts @ 4ohms
300 rms watts @ 2ohms
12" 4ohm sub= 300 rms watts, 600 watts peak
....so the amp's 200rms is safely under the 300rms distortion limit for clean, crisp base
