Wifesweetstang was working the front desk at All Ford Performance when I had the work done and she was great. Didn't give me cookies or anything but did make me laugh.
My GT has been to the body shop a few times. Each time I went in they had a Cobra part at 1/2 off they offered to put on in place of the GT part. Now my car looks like a cross between a GT and a Cobra. It pulls 400HP and 400TQ at the wheels so what the heck.
