I am craving a chorizo burrito... When I lived in San Diego, they were everywhere. Up here in Seattle it's all about the sushi... Dont get me wrong, I love it, but I am craving me a giant Chorizo burrito, with guacamole, sour creme, cheese, potatoes... I eat food, and it doesnt satisfy me. I need this. I NEEEED this.

Can anyone point me in a direction for a masterfully crafted authentic burrito? I might die if i cant find one. Maybe even a recipe so I can make them myself?

El Pollo Loco is the only thing besides the weather that I miss from my time in SoCal.

Have you tried Gordito's in Greenwood? Damn good, and crazy Fatty McFatfat portions too. Best Carne Asada in the area.

Corner of Greenwood Ave and 85th St.

So El Pollo Loco is good? Now sure where you are located, but theres one going in just south of Mill Plain off of 164th here in Vancouver.

Back in the late 80's El Pollo Loco was the BOMB! Hopefully it hasn't changed. It would be worth the drive from Seattle for some of that.

lol, I live right off of 85th and I drive past that place every day. It cracks me up because they advertise healthy food, yet the name is basically little fatso.

You arent missing much, unless you really need a hot dog. Then theyre decent for on the go. Not bad if youre looking to change things up. Its not bad, just not great.

Now I'm craving a Burrito. I love Alfredo's in Oceanside. Too bad I live in Northern Los Angeles County!

Well being on vacation down here in Phoenix I have already had my In and Out fix. Now I might have to swing by an El Pollo Loco tomorrow, maybe before heading out to Firebird Raceway for some Friday night drags. Its been in the low 90's each day, with only the occasional cloud, actually quite cool for this time of year. I am not looking forward to coming back to work and the the Northwet climate.
