Hello there
I have an 1982 Gazele Kit car which is mounted on 1982 Mustang 11 Pinto underpinings. This car has a 2 barrle 2.3 litre ford with a C4 transmission.I find the car underpowered eeven though it only weighs 2,030 Lbs.I want to go a 2.3 Litre Ford Turbo.I need to know what is required and how to wire this up.Should I still use the original radiator?I am also concerned about the Intercooler interferring with the hood as there is no scoop. Is this a difficult swap to do?
Thanks in advance.
SIncerely Fitz

Are you planning on keeping the turbo engine fuel injected or converting it to carb? There are quite a few circle track parts as far as carbed goes. With the fuel injected route, you are going to have to wire up an ECM for all of the various sensors. And FYI, '78 was the last year of the Mustang II
