I need help figuring out what this issue is. I have a couple guesses but I would like to hear what the experts think. Near the end of the video I give it some gas and you can hear the frequency pick up as I give it more rpms. If I let it run too long the vibration starts to get worse. If I sit in the car it vibrates pretty rough like I'm in a massage chair. There's also some type of exhaust smell as well. Video is posted below.

Car is a 2008 mustang v6 4.0L. Below is full history for those that need more specifics and background info, if you know what the sound is you don't have to read it.

I was driving it up a slight incline when the power cut out immediately on the incline and it started making this noise ever since.

I have since changed all spark plugs, the coil pack, replaced valve cover gaskets, and replaced intake manifold gaskets. I replaced water pump, several flushes til it ran clear, new aluminum Tstat housing unit and new hoses, and did a heatercore bypass hose into a U shape. The cooling system work I did 6 months before this new issue started up. After a shop did oil change one time there was no oil and no coolant. IDK which happened first, but this was the start of a 2nd heater core leak. I have since done all work on the car myself and will never let another shop do work again unless I have to and it's something I can't get to under the car.

I have some data from OBDII port, I checked several parameters let me know if you need something specific or screen shots of graphs. Short term fuel trim seems to be going up to 20%-25%. EGR difference b/w commanded and actual is -100% (someone said +50% and -50% should be normal, so it may be stuck open or closed?). I did a few runs w/ like 18 parameters each time and the short term fuel trim seems to be one of the main things that is off. Car was hit while stopped at a light few months before this happened, is it possible something dislodged in fuel tank and is clogging something? Pretty sure the fuel rail pressure was within reason though. The avg MPG also seemed to drop by 1 or 2 as well in the months leading up to this.

DTC codes I get are P0106-FF and P0106-C which seem to be the main ones. It's saying possible MAP circuit fault, possible short, or possible vacuum leak. There was a small crack in one of the tiny EGR vacuum hoses that go from the intake manifold to the EGR but I patched it up and it makes no difference. I did not try EGR delete yet. I flashed one of the PCM memories but there were other adaptive transmission ones I didn't do yet. Battery has been disconnected for weeks at a time as well, not sure if that would clear everything as well and I also tried the headlight drain trick with battery d/c to reset KAM like someone suggested in another thread. It's also sometimes gives a code to replace gas cap but I've already done that.

I've been researching for weeks/months and I need help from the gurus.

Check the oil for antifreeze and check the antifreeze for oil.

Drop by your favorite auto parts store and pickup an automotive stethoscope. There's no way to tell from the video if we're hearing a main bearing, or pulley, or lifter, or an exhaust leak. The stethoscope will help to narrow it down.

I don't think your Baro sensor is the issue but it needs to be replaced, none the less.

Baro data is showing 102 kpa which I read is normal. I got OBDII forscan access so let me know if there's a data value you need. After I give the car a little gas the Heated exhaust gas for bank 1 sensor 1 is showing 0.92V, heated exhaust gas bank2sensor1 is showing 0.87V. I checked the oil and the coolant, both seem clean. I haven't tried changing the oil yet but I never had oil in my coolant or vice versa. I wanted to make sure everything was fixed properly first before the new oil went in since both seem to be noncontaminated.

Any thoughts on this being a harmonic oscillator issue or its sensor? The MAP sensor fault code also says it could be a possible PCM issue. I did replace relays awhile back but made sure they were in the correct way. Let me know if there's specific data values you need me to check, there's like over 100 different parametes I can choose from.
