i am trying to decide between these two rims. they are VERY similar but i dont know about the quality of either one. i have seen a few people run the TSW's but none with the Giovanna's. they are both similar to the RTR wheel but are available in a 20" version and staggered fitment.

if anyone has any opinions on these or knows of a better price than the $1140 listed on the wheelsnext.com site please post up.

TSW nurburgring

Not sure if the price you listed below includes shipping. AM has those rims in black and machined finish for $345 a wheel, with free shipping.

I like the 1st ones way better than the second ones, but I'm not a big fan of the finish. I think the machined gunmetal would look awesome against that light blue paint:

I guess I'm going against what everyone else says. I like the second one. For one I like the gloss black. I always like a little shine on my wheels. With a good cleaning and some wax those things would look great night or day. And for two I really like how the lip portion on the second one is smooth. Looks a little different and really sharp.

But as someone else said I'd still go with a a polished lip. These are really reasonable and I've heard of people having good luck with them. The same style your looking at with a polished lip. Don't know if offsets work though

not yet, i havent seen my car in 2 weeks now. it is still in the body shop for the damage from the tornado plus a few "extras" that have been done while it is there. the blower is completely paid off and is sitting in my parts room along with a ton of parts riding in my civic. waiting for a few goodies from lethal to show up too.

also picked up some items from the powder coater to make it stand out a little more at Mustang Week this year.

saw those and the price is great but the offset is all wrong for my car. i called and they dont have anything that will work. i'm not really worried about the cost b/c i have a buddy buying me any rims up to $1500 for installing a 03 cobra engine in his 97 GT

Yeah I am not too crazy on 3k for a set haha.

I am pretty sure there is a member with the rims you want with pictures on s197forum; I will have to try to find them and post up.

Every other truck, van, and Honda have black rims with polished lips. They're as played out as HID's

Damn, what happened? You JUST bought that ride.

I agree with the dude above, black rims are played out, and a fad that should die IMO. Wheels should be silver/satin/polished/chrome IMO.

That said, I kind of like the second option more because they have more of a concave curve to them, which I think looks nice.

His car fell victim to some visual damage from the tornados I believe right after he got it.
