Electrical Help Please

[mustang mike 5.0 foxbody]

Hello all fellow mustangs I'm new to the forum and in of bad help I have an 88 gt that I am not getting spark to the distributor and or can't get fuel pump to prime only manualy so pump works I have 12 volts in all wires that need to be at twelve volts I was thinking it could be pip sensor or eec relay but I can hear the really clicking when I torn the ignition I'm talking about the one in the passenger side by door also can't here relay under seat in leas I manualy jump the pump relay in trunk please help thanks I have done the no spark no fuel already and this is where I'm at just don't wanna spend a bunch of money on parts I don't need thanks for reading again
