Look at this pic and tell me if i've got this right.....

Ok, now if that's right and that is the BCS, then is it supposed to be full of OIL???? And if not the WTF is going on and why is it? I swapped out the vacuum hoses that you see in blue (i got a complete silicone vacuum hose kit with it otherwise i wouldn't be using the gay blue crap) and it's almost running without any idle surge at all, but then as i was swapping those out i accidentally popped off the top of the BCS and noticed it's full of oil and sort of freaked out. I'm thinking since that's an electric switch that it's not....so it looks like i'm going to be running a MBC at the stock 12psi until i get an intercooler.

no its not suppose to be full of oil, where is the line off the wastegate goin? if your desperate, hook the line off the wasegate to an intake source, it will only go to about 9psi, but do what ya gotta do.

It runs down under the turbo into the side of it....doesn't connect to the BCS at all. Why would it be full of oil? As far as i can tell it's all in the stock locations...

If i install a manual boost controller, does it just replace the BCS? Like can i just unplug the 2 lines going into it and plug in the MBC?

if you get a manual boost valve like a gillis unit, its extremely easy to do, one nipple goes to a intake manifold source, the other one goes to the wastegate, thats it,

hold on feller!! im gettin some pics...... ok here it is, this is the gillis unit, this is how simple it is to hook up, in your case, bypass the valve(which you dont even have) and run a hose from the wastegate to the inlet tube bolted on the turbo, this will get ya by for as long as you need it, although you will only have 9psi.

BCS full of oil???? You might wanna check on the turbo because that would be the only thing with oil close to the BCS

I know That's what people are telling me. The vacuum lines going to it were oily inside. I'm not liking how this is turning out

Oh well, time for an intercooler/T3-T4 swap

Actually, you're probably just getting a bunch of oil coming through the PCV system (pretty common), so it gets into the vacuum lines, and a bunch of it has accumulated in the BCS.
