I am looking at a set of BBK shorty headers for an 87-93 5.0 and was wondering if they would fit on my 94. I would hate to buy them and find out they wont work.
I have a set of Mac's off of a fox, I went down to a local supply shop and got a fitting (bung) that matched up to my EGR tube and welded it on. After that I just drilled a hole in the tube thru the fitting and EGR works fine now. Of course I'm in cali and therefore must have EGR to pass smog, if you don't have to have it get rid of it.
Awesome! Not to sound like to much of a dumb@$$ but what all is involved in EGR removal? I live in Indiana and for now we dont need it so off it goes!!!
get yourself a 351 cleveland fuel pump block plate. it bolts right up to a removed EGR on the intake elbow. then you can either just let the pigtail hang or get one of those EGR plug things off ebay (Don't know if they work though).
