They were working for 3 different 5 minutes drive in my car 2nite and on the 4th try i turned my car on and one of the bulb was flickering bright and dim flickering on and off then after like 20 seconds it just turned off. If i would turn the headlights off and then on again the same exact thing would happen. I checked the connections and they look perfect.

Any ideas?

did u buy them new or used? you could put a voltmeter at where it plugs into the harness for the ballast? whatever its called (or the last place it has 12v then goes into the box then changes to like 15k volts or w/e). Make sure it's getting 12 volts while jiggling around wires besides the obvious, checking for good ground with a multimeter, I don't know what else to say.

sounds like the ballasts you bought were cheap knockoffs, the number 1 problem with cheap HID kits. HID's are definetly "you get what you pay for" type of product.

I hooked up everythign the way my instructions said too. I am going to try the voltmeter thing and also try switching ballasts to see if the one bulb works with the other ballast.

Any other ideas?

Your saying the harness that goes from the Relay that came with mine into the ballast or the wires coming off the ballast into the actual HID Bulb?

Also how many volts and everything is it suppose to be?

The ones I've seen didn't have a relay, but in your case I meant the main power source coming out of the relay going to the ballasts. but you figured out the problem anyways.

I have some HID's I'm about to put up for sale, they're 12k, includes everything, asking $75 bucks for them, I got some pics of them in my car if interested.....
