No, those are 70 'Cuda tailights on what looks like a RSX. I don't see what it has to do with Mustangs.

How can you call it a high quality chop when he doesnt even bother to fix the exit sign in the backround?

Looks kind of nice, but I agree a little ricey, maybe thats not the word for it. Just looks so fake and odd. Still neat though
