would of been a new best but traction wasn't in my favor even with the Et Streets and VHT.

lowered the boost from 11.75 to 9psi and fixed the fuel curve to hold steady at 10.9 under WOT while heading to the track.

foot braking to 2500rpms to a 1.81 60ft and finishing the 1/8 in 7.2 @ 100.00mph with a 1.81 60'

first ever (scariest pass) in triple digits. Now I need to pull a jet or two to get the A/F aound 11.4-11.6 and then go back after I get the courage to get behind the wheel again.

WOW that's good for like high 9's if you can get some better traction. Good job dude.

High 10's pretty easily. But he still needs traction to keep up.

Congrats on the century mark! What size tires? Was it making any boost at 2500?

Yeah I suppose he needs to be able to hit around 150mph in the 1/4 and maybe a 1.4 short time to get 9's. Might not be doable with his combo.

running 26 x10.5 et streets at 13psi.

leaving the line at 2500 with no boost. 10secgoal keeps egging me on to get a transbrake so I can leave the line under boost but its not gonna happen

car is getting to fast for me already- I'll just watch him do it

You will get used to it...then you will want more! If it hooks, it will not be as exciting either. I hope to have that problem in a couple months. I hope to have my DS header done this week and will start a thread on the build.

150mph can get you into the 8's. low 130's can get you into the 9's.

Ya know, I tried that to keep the RPM's at 3k on the brake, and I saw boost, but didn't climb when it started dropping spark. Gonna take the pill up this time around though. I'm trying to get him to make a bracket for another set of calipers in the rear, but he's still cryin' about his AOD.

Ever go to http://www.clickclickracing.com/ ? There is some great info on building AOD's.
