Anybody got hooker areochambers? What do ya think of them? Sound clips? I hear they're remotely Flowmaster-ish but unique sounding and no drone? I'd like to decide in advance since mufflers are effin expensive and I'm only making $5.15. Hehe. I was gonna get Race Bullets, but those set a new standard for good-LOUD

Oh an can ya set off alarms with areochambers?
Thanks

I use them only on big block cars, I love the way they sound.

The sound is on par with 50 series. They aren't as loud as the 40 series IMO. They still sound really good, and flowmaster-ish (what chambered design doesn't?)

I have a set of 40 series for sale . . .

But at any rate, don't get the race bullets for anything other than a race-car. Bracket racket should stay at the track, not on the street.

I run a dual 2.5" inlet, single 3" outlet on a 351W in my 65 truck, it sounds great. Has a nice gargle during normal acceleration, and sounds more agressive the harder you drive, awesome tone at cruise with moderate volume, no drone in my application but it might be due to the 2 into 1 design. To me they sound like a cross between a "turbo" style muffler and a flowmaster. All the testing I've seen shows them to have the best flow (by far) of any box type muffler.
