I would say with 99% certainty that it's a 60 amp. Ford's 70 and 90 amp units from those years were physically larger and don't bolt onto a small block or 4 banger.
look at the casing really good, the amperage should be stamped into the metal. most of the ones i've seen the stamping is weak so get it good and clean.
