I am painting my interior black and need to get the inner door out, what holds it on, I am sure I can get it off but it would help if I knew exactly how it is held in, thanks guys.

well first off you have to remove the door cup (where the window switches are). There might be a screw or two around the edge of the panel (on the bottom facing the rocker panel). Other than that its just plastic pushpins. You just have to gently pry the panel from the door with a screwdriver. if you break a couple, its no big deal. They sell them at pepboys/autozone real cheap. Good Luck
