How do I: seafoam/oil change??

Ok im not asking how to do an oil change but after i run the seafoam i want to change it out and need to know what/how much oil aprox. The car is an 89 5-speed with about 75K on the clock and stock...

Today I was cleaning the car up and I want to confirm the location of the line that i need to suck up 1/3 of the can of seafoam. I don't want to pull the wrong line. What oil do you guys put in your old 5.0's?

Reread it....I asked what kind of oil to use, like what weight....or what kind of oil to use in general....I asked how much oil aprox. to put in...now I know 5 quarts....and I also was wondering the location of the brake booster line to suck up the seafoam..

Well thank you guys for all the help and im sorry for being missleasing at first.

I got everything done and used 10w-30 and a high milage fram filter...i found the break booster line it's marked stupid for not looking but i pulled it to make sure it was sucking air and it was.....After i got the seafoam in I let it sit...then restarted it and a ton of somke came out...we then took it for a ride to get lunch with a friend and came back and changed the oil..and wow it was pretty black..

I just got the car 3 weeks ago and have only driven it 160 miles because of the crap weather. It has a new cap/rotor and new boch 8mm wires. I'm not sure about the pluge or the fule filter but that comming soon enough.

From what I know: old engines will build up sluge/gunk on the inside. By useing the seafoam in the gas/oil/bb line and letting it sit warm, the seafoam will eat away anything bad....Then after about 15-20 min you restart it and everything that was in your engine will be burnt and come out in a thick white smoke form....lots of it. It should make the car like new and make the revs just feel smoother.

My car felt great when I got it, it only has 74,000 miles on it. Now it feels a lot smoother and runs even better than before. It was well due for an oil change and I'm not even sure when the last one was done. But now the car runs great and im moving on the the next step....seems endless....but i love it!!!
