How to Align This Panel?

Not sure how it got this way but I obviously want it to sit flush with the rest of the hood and front end.

Ideas?

Pull off your wheel well and just reach in and push it back up. It should stay.

loosen the bolt at the door opening. Opne then door and look toward the fender you will see the top bolt. Loosen the bolt at the fender's bottom in front of the of the door. Its behind the plastic inner fender. That should allow you to readjust the fender.
