blue tri-leds work very nicely. I'd say easily a 50-75% improvement over the single led

HOLY CRAP!!! Has anyone felt the HVAC gauge face with the different bulbs??? That thing is crazy hot!!! Are these bulbs a higher wattage than the stockers or did the stock one get really hot too? I have the incandescent bulbs, do the led's get hot too???

LEDS don't put out really any measurable heat.

What If.....?

I did this to my sonic blue mustang and they don't seem to be as bright as the ones in the pics after your install? What did I do wrong and they also don't get brighter or dimmer with the dimmer switch!

Which LEDs did you do? The tri-LED or the single?

Yea, those are the wrong LEDs. I'll fix my first post, but if you read through the whole thread, you'll see that the Tri-LEDs are MUCH brighter and more effective than the single ebay craps.

You can buy them here -->http://autolumination.com/74.htm

Do the Tri-LED's allow you to change the brightness level by using the stock adjustment knob? Or do they behave weirdly to the change of voltage?

The Tri-LEDs allow you to use the stock adjustment knob to completely dim your guages if needed.

The single LEDs do not.

With the # of views this thread got, I assume a lot of ppl went out and did this, just no one cares enough to post pics. Oh well. I'd be interested to see different colors (not red or blue). Maybe a greed LED or Yellow one. Just to see what the results would be.

One of my boys is from NP. You'll never see the red one, as it never moves. I rarely cruise around Hamilton, as I live on the outskirts. I come home from work, weekends I'm usually in Ewing area or elsewhere. Where does she go to school, Rider? I'm a TCNJ alum.

She goes to TCNJ. My brother is a TCNJ alumni as well. That was my #1 school choice but I didn't get accepted. So instead, I practically lived there while he was there at school and now I'm there all the time with the girlfriend. Love that campus.

Then, it's def odd that I've never seen your car. I'm on campus a few times a month. Watch the Ewing cops...they are complete dicks. I can't tell you how many times I've gotten pulled over and how much money they've cost me. I never get pulled over in Hamilton.
