does ford use a certain color RTV sealant or gasket on the rear end. i wanna know without taking the cover off if anybody has been in there. i don't wanna buy gears if it already has some. the tag said 3.08 but i am not sure if they have been replaced
how to find out if the rear end cover has been taken off.
