Fishing line to "slice" the emblem off, then Goo-Gone to remove residue.

anyone know how to get SS bumper inserts off? Been trying and cant get them. Fishing line breaks every 3 seconds

Heat gun or hair dryer to make the adhesive sticky. Then see if you can pry it off with fishing line or something similar.

As the others said, floss and goo gone/wd40. Just beware there are alignment holes under the badge, so you have to account for them after removal.

there's hole behind them in the fenders so be prepared for that
