I have a trunk mounted battery and starter solenoid in my fastback. I was wondering if anyone could give me some adivce on how to run my wire off of the alternator?

Do I have to run the wire all the way back to the trunk? Any pictures or adivce would be greatly appreciated!

Yes TMK you have to get the juice from the alt. back to the battery so it will recharge it. I have an 8ga. wire with fueable link at the solenoid. Wire runs from solenoid in trunk to front distribution block and 8ga. from dist. block to alt. I am using this diagram to run mine now:

I ran a separate 1/0 welding cable line from the alt to the batt (with a fuze). I have another 1/0 that goes to a shut off switch then to everything else.
