I have a strong gas odor in my house. Flip open gas cap on my Mach 1 is suspected

there is a very old rubber seal that is hard as a stone. Where do I find a replacement? I cannot find anything for sale at any of the usual Mustang vendors.

It took all the king's horses and all the king's men 4 years but Sally is finally put back together again. Check my sig for the work. Since the crash, I had the heads and intake ported by F-P-S in Aniheim, put in a custom grind roller cam, had the carb worked up on a Stage 3 by jet performance, put in 31 spline rear axels, put in a new Detroit Locker, put on an alum driveshaft, put in a newly restored rimblow, autometer gauges, FAST dual sensor wideband, new interior, and a whole lot more. I am going to do an official unveiling here once I get some good pics but here are some quick and dirties from my iPhone.
