I have plugged EGR ,so air can't come inside of Intake through EGR "GOOD or BAD"

Same here, no problems after 2 or 3 years. I still have the valve and tube connected, but the vacuum lines are removed and capped off (they melted so I just ditched them). I do have the Check Engine light, but no problems from it.

you shouldn't have any problems with it disconnected and plugged except that the cylinder temp will rise. make sure no air(O2) can bypass the cap you have on the valve or it may lean out the mix.

the EGR recirculates inert exhaust gas to cool the cylinder down to below 2500*F to reduce the formation of NOx.

if your state tests emissions then you may fail for NOx.
