It always works that way. And btw I'm not blind in either eye (thankfully) The damaged eye has this purple blotch right in the middle of my field of vision that prevents me from seeing the two far right letters (out of 5) on an eye chart.
Doc says that is blood in my eye and will eventually go away, but maybe 30-90 days before I get my normal 20/20 back.

ive had metal shavings go through my glasses into my eye, on the lathe, couldn't close my eye, cause there was a frag of metal there. and another about the same way, the later having to surgically remove it, that crap sucks!!

not a good feeling when you go partially blind for a second..

i also got a metal shaving in my eye and its like a tattoo gun they use to cut the outer layer of the eye off to get to the metal. it sucked big time but they gave me some good pills to make me feel good,lol

Sorry to hear about your accident, hope you get better soon! I always wear Safety Glasses and usually have Gloves on.

not to thread jack. but maybe someone can recomend a good brand of glasses i use them chepo plastic ones maybe its time to wear oaks.
