I keep getting moisture on my plugs!!!

I did a PI intake install a month ago or so, now my driver side two middle plugs keep getting water in them. When normal driver conditions are present car seems great. But when I accelerate and hit about 4500RPMS it starts sputtering like fouled plugs(put new ones in with install, wires too!), then right after that first pull it starts running like crap even under normal driving. I usually just pull out the wires and wipe them off, blow some air onto the plugs, and she runs fine. Should I check torque on the intake bolts, I remember some of the bolts didnt go in easy. Or should I just RTV around those wire boots and seal it. Im just lost, Im thinking a coolant port isnt sealed right. It isnt much water, just droplets on the plug boots,a and I cant see hardly anything around the plug(to dark).

Well the guy I bought the intake from included some gaskets, and told me they were PI, but when i received the gaskets they were NON PI, so I had to make use of what I had and RTVed the intake ports, the coolant ports matched up great. I really dont want to mess with this again, because I got pissed at the EGR tube and moved it out of the way, and its now really hard to mount it to the back of the intake plenum.

Oh great idea svt32, doesn't autozone carry that stuff few a couple bucks? Is there anything else I can do while down there? Can I hog out some intake ports on the head while its still attached to the block?
