glad your install was easy, i installed the mac equal lengths i have and about half way through it i was ready to commit a massacre at an orphanage.

werd. The passenger side ones are a pain in the ass im gonna have to go and try to get the to outer bolts on

try putting lt's on a stang without pulling the engine!!

on shorties its easier to just pull the dipstick out and the header will be easier to install.

and be sure to go back and tighten them again.

when i install new gaskets i tighten them down nice, drive it around, get the car hot and warmed up park the car and whiles its still hot tighten the header bolts again, they should turn more now that they are hot.

then let it cool. then drive it normally

then a couple days later i check them again while its hot, sometimes they like to come loose, just tighten them down again hot and they should be good to go.

yeah well iam gonna be doing that when i come home after this deployment this winter. iam not too worried though i have a tubular k member now so it shouldnt be too bad. when i first did my shorties the car was bone stock, the tube k give ALOT of room to work with under there now (thank god)

Well I can feel/hear an exhaust leak that I will have to adress. It is on the pass. side where the header meets the H. I am getting a litlle backfiring so I'll def. have to pull the H forward a lil better to mate tothe headers.

i didnt read anything in this entire thread. NO ONE CARES YOU DOUCHE we dont care about you having to go hide from your (sexually) abusive dad and install your lame headers. i hope you have all kinds of exhaust leaks. na, just kidding. now try installing some long tubes.

Lol Yeah I know. I ended up telling him anyway, but I told him the guy I sold the blockto gaveme them.

I didnt peckerface!! I was refering to when jon lied to his parental units that the guy who bought his exploder block gave him his headers, I was implying soforth that he might want to lie about the tailpipes he has purchased recently

nah he knew about them, he's just a Dbag and wants me to take them back for 2.5's instead of 3's b/c he is gay....

i wouldn't call your dad gay.... 2.5's look good on a LX a cobra bumper needs 3" to look right imo...
